The training process is an important and vital investment for the personnel, which is the primary objective of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ. It is also at the forefront of the police sectors’ priorities to improve and develop the skills and capabilities of the employees to change their behavior and attitudes positively.
The recent developments in the field of information and communication technology (ICT), have made a qualitative leap in all training processes and have contributed to achieving educational and training objectives quickly and with high skill and at the lowest cost.
Therefore, the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences seeks to invest in this aspect through smart, interactive, and remote training programs, using virtual and augmented reality technologies, scenarios, and simulations, and with high quality to meet the ambition of the leadership.
